Sales and Marketing Case Story:
From Newcomer to Pivoting to Nationally Respected Provider

Summary

A new staffing agency with highly positive outcomes was looking to make a name for itself in the industry. By using a highly integrated method, and having a wide array of capabilities, we spent the next seven years quickly iterating through innovative marketing tactics and creating a brand that to this day is nationally respected.

Strategies and Tactics:

Branding, marketing strategy, corporate culture, web development, SEO strategy, media relations, email, SMS, video, experiential, planned nonprofit giving

Story:

In 2008, when the founders of our client, a staffing agency (initially specializing in occupational, speech and physical therapists), were just starting off, they had very high quality measures, but no bandwidth to develop marketing materials. With a shared culture of quality, entrepreneurship, and care, we were able to easily integrate into the company.

The next 7 years would be a highly mixed, but remarkably effective use of multiple channels, strategies, and tools to break through the noise that staffing typically has and deliver an authentic message of quality first. We would develop video email systems, email newsletters with sales components and tracking, custom web integrations to reduce administrative work, a custom time sheet system, partnerships with local nonprofits that achieved positive work and key relationships, a complete revamping of the space to create an immersive corporate culture experience.

As the client shifted to IT and eventually to a sole focus on the highly competitive market of Healthcare IT, we were there to synthesize information and create materials that directly impacted the ability to sell to new clients and deeper into existing relationships. We were able to turn placements into salespeople with an authentic message and focus. The company has made the top growing company lists several years over, received multiple awards, and has grown into a national presence. Years after they grew enough to have an internal marketing team, we were still on the invite list to visit their new, highly immersive, and unique office space. We even did an impromptu video, the saber christening of the office.
