Real quality, and no way to make anyone believe it.

When the founders started in 2008, staffing occupational, speech, and physical therapists, they had strong quality measures and no bandwidth to say so. Every competitor claimed the same thing. In a category that loud, being good isn’t the hard part. Being believed is.

The turn

Make the culture the message, and the placements the messengers.

We shared their culture of quality and care, which made integrating easy, and then spent seven years iterating. Video email systems. Newsletters with built-in sales tracking. Custom web and timesheet tools that cut administrative drag. Nonprofit partnerships that did real good and built real relationships. A full redesign of the space into an immersive culture experience. One authentic message ran through all of it: quality first.

As they shifted toward IT and then to the highly competitive Healthcare IT market, we built the materials that helped them sell to new clients and deeper into existing ones. The people they placed became credible salespeople for the brand, because the message was true and they had lived it.

What compounded

A name that’s still respected nationally.

The company landed on top-growing-company lists year after year, collected awards, and grew into a national presence. Even after they built an internal marketing team, we stayed on the invite list to their new office, including the impromptu saber christening we filmed. The relationship outlasted the engagement, which is usually the truest measure of the work.
